TICKETS
Q: When Will I Get My Tickets?
A: Tickets will have been sent to you at the time of booking from our ticketing partner, Ticketsource. Please check your junk / spam / deleted folders.
If you are still unable to locate your tickets, then please visit www.ticketsource.co.uk/help and enter your email in the ‘Lost My eTicket’ section – your tickets will then be resent to you.
If you are having problems downloading your tickets, then please contact Ticketsource.
Q: What ticket type / day have I booked?
A; Please refer to the grey highlighted section on your ticket PDF for ticket type and day.
Q: Do I Need to Print My Ticket?
A; Yes, you can, or you can save the ticket PDF to your phone. (No screen shots)
Q: Do We All Need to Arrive Together?
A; If all of your tickets are on one booking and are planning on arriving at different times then you will need to separate your tickets. There are two ways this can be done:
*Ensure each person has their own individual sequence e.g BOOKING REF / 1*
Q: Can I Pay on The Gate?
A: No tickets will be available on the gate.
Q: Can I Upgrade To VIP?
A: Once a ticket is booked it cannot be upgraded.
Q: What is the age limit in the VIP Area?
A: The VIP Area is strictly over 18's only. No children are allowed in this area.
GENERAL
Q; What are the timings?
A: Set times will be available nearer the time and will be published on our Facebook and Instagram and on the event page on our website.
Gates open at 12.00pm
First acts are on 12.15pm
Curfew is 10.30pm
Q: Is There a Last Entry Time?
A; Yes, Last Entry / Re-entry time is 7pm
Q; Can I Leave and Come Back In / Are There Pass outs?
A; Most festivals do not allow pass outs, however as we are a local community / family friendly festival we understand there may be times people need to leave and return e.g. taking children home.
Pass outs are at the discretion of our security team, and you may be asked to wait by the security team to allow a safe exit and re-entry.
Please note all patrons readmitted will have to go through the search procedure again and last re-entry time is 7pm Saturday and 5pm Sunday.
Q: Is There Parking on Site?
A: Limited parking will be available ay Bredbury Hall - first come, first served. £5 per vehicle.
We encourage everyone, where possible, to walk or get public transport to the festival.
Cars can be left overnight at the owner’s risk but must be collected the day after the festival.
Q: Where Do We Enter / Exit the Festival?
A; Access is via Dark Lane.
Q: Is There A Shuttle Bus?
A; We are hoping to team up with Westfield Minibuses once again to offer shuttles to the festival - more information to follow).
Q; Can We Bring Camping Chairs etc?
A; Please feel free to bring your own camping chairs.
Q: Can I Bring My Dog?
A: No. Only assistance dogs will be allowed into the festival.
Q: What Is the Dress Code?
A; No strict code but ensure you have appropriate clothing and footwear for the weather forecast.
Q: Can Children and Under 18s Attend the Festival?
A; We are a family friendly festival so everyone is welcome, but we have a few rules to ensure the event is enjoyable for everyone.
Anyone aged 17 & under MUST be accompanied by an adult with a ratio of 1 adult and 2 children/teens. This is clearly stipulated at the time of booking and is printed on the eticket.
Unaccompanied persons aged 17 and under will be refused entry and no refunds will be given.
On entry anyone aged 17 and under will be given a wristband to confirm they are attending with an adult; these wristbands MUST be worn throughout the festival. Anyone found in the site without a wristband will be escorted from the festival.
If you have an adult ticket (age 18+) and are lucky enough to look Under 25 please do not be offended if we ask you for proof of age.
Q: Is There Baby Change Available?
A; You can use the medical tent for baby change if needed.
Q: How Much Are the Fairground Rides?
A; Prices range from approx. £2-6 and some are cash only.
FOOD & DRINK
Q: Can We Bring Our Own Food & Drink?
A; You can bring your own food, but no liquids can be brought on site with the exception of sealed water and infant milk – strictly no BYO alcohol due to licencing.
Any cool bags, cool boxes, lunch boxes etc will be subject to a search by the security team to ensure no alcohol is being brought in.
Q: Are The Bars Cash or Card?
A: Both are accepted.
Q: Are The Food Stalls Cash or Card?
A; Both. Some independent food vendors may prefer one or the other.
There is no ATM on site.
Q: What Food Is Available?
A; We have some great local food vendors serving Pizzas, Burgers, Hot Dogs, Wraps & more.
Q: What Drinks Are Available?
A; We have outdoor festival bars serving a wide variety of draught lager, cider, wines, spirits and soft drinks, plus a gin bar.
Q; What Are the Prices of Drinks?
A; Bar prices will be in the region of £2-8. Soft drinks to Spirits / Mixers.
Q: Is There Water Available?
A; Yes. Please ask at the bar.
Q: Will I Need ID?
A; The festival and bars operate a ‘Challenge 25’ policy. Please ensure you bring valid and recognised photographic ID.
PLEASE NOTE: For the safety of everyone attending the festival, and as part of our licence, all ticket holders and attendees will be searched on arrival.
