Tickets are automatically sent by TicketSource at the time of booking to the email address provided, please check your spam folder if you haven’t received them..
If you are unable to locate your tickets then please use the ‘Lost Ticket’ section here to retrieve them. You enter your email address and the tickets are resent to you.

WHAT IS INCLUDED WITH VIP TICKETS?
This varies from location to location, if you click ‘next’ on the booking site it will tell you what is included before committing to buy.
Please note VIP is 18 and over – no children will be allowed in to VIP from General Admission Tickets.
CAN I ACCESS THE MAIN AREAS ALSO IF I’VE BOOKED VIP?
Yes, as a VIP Ticket Holder you have access to all the main public areas of the festival (excluding backstage and sponsors area).
CAN I UPGRADE TO VIP?
It is not possible to upgrade to VIP once you have booked tickets.
WILL THE EVENT BE SOCIALLY DISTANCED / COVID SAFE?
The Government’s Roadmap plans for Covid restrictions and social distancing to end on 21st June 2021.
Our priority is the safety and wellbeing of our crew and customers and we will be monitoring the coming weeks / months as England begins to ease restrictions.
We plan to have additional cleaning of toilet facilities and hand sanitising stations as a minimum and we ask all our festivalgoers to have a common sense approach.
WHAT HAPPENS IF THE FESTIVAL IS CANCELLED DUE TO COVID?
You will be offered the opportunity to carry your tickets over to to the rescheduled date, transfer to another festival date (subject to availability) or a refund.
CAN I HAVE A REFUND?
Refunds will only be given in the event of rescheduling or cancellation due to COVID.
As per our booking terms and conditions, you will be asked to accept at the time of booking, tickets cannot be refunded or exchanged after purchase.
WHAT PROVISIONS ARE MADE FOR PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES?
We offer one free carer ticket for every paying disabled guest. Please contact Made In Manchester Festival directly with the booking reference of the paying guest and ensure that you supply documentation such as your blue badge, DLA Letter or note from a doctor or specialist. Your request will then be reviewed and if satisfactory a carer ticket issued – please allow up to 14 working days for this.
Please be aware that our Romiley festival is outdoors on farmer’s fields with very limited hard standing pathways, during inclement weather areas can become muddy and wet. The site is not flat.

CAN WE BRING A PICNIC?
Only food and drink for young children and for medical reasons/special dietary reasons will be allowed – no picnics etc. We have a fabulous Foodie Village with various food vendors and option to choose from, plus outdoor festival bars serving a wide variety of draught lager/beer, wines, spirits and soft drinks. We also have a Gin and Cocktail Garden.
STRICTLY NO BYO ALCOHOL
CAN I LEAVE THE FESTIVAL AND COME BACK IN?
Due to health and safety and security, pass outs/re-entry will be at the discretion of the security team and stewards on the day of the festival and cannot be guaranteed.
CAN WE BRING CAMPING CHAIRS?
Feel free to bring camping chairs and picnic blankets to sit on.
Please ensure these are positioned away from the area directly in front of the stage to allow for standing room.
IS THERE PARKING AVAILABLE?
Parking options vary by festival location, and where available is a first come first served basis. Wherever possible please find alternative ways of getting to and from the venue.

Romiley // Parking Available on the Field and can be pre-booked with tickets at a cost of £5
CAN I BRING MY DOG?
Only assistance dogs will be allowed into the festival.
