Please note all patrons readmitted will have to go through the search procedure again and last re-entry time is 7pm.
Tickets are sent by TicketSource at the time of booking to the email address provided, please check your spam folder if you haven’t received them.
Each individual will need a ticket to enter the festival, regardless of age – this includes infants. The best and easiest way to do this is to print out your tickets. If showing tickets on a mobile phone this needs to be the original PDF ticket and not a screen shot or photograph of tickets. (Once the ticket has been scanned for entry it will not scan again).
If you have booked as a group and want to arrive separately then please ensure you print your tickets so each person has their own individual ticket.
Ticket categories will be checked to ensure it matches the person entering and our events team reserve the right to refuse entry, so ensure you have booked the correct category.
ADVANCED TICKETS ONLY – No tickets will be available on the gate.
If you are unable to locate your tickets then please enter your email address on the ‘Lost eTicket’ section here to retrieve them. Your tickets will then be re-emailed to you. Please ensure you use the ‘Lost eTicket’ section and NOT the ‘Contact Event Organiser’ section as tickets will not be resent from this.
Any technical issues with tickets then please contact our Ticketing Platform, TicketSource at firstname.lastname@example.org
